About Total Cost

Total = Merchandise + Shipping Cost + Customs duty and other taxes Customs duty and other taxes may be charged when a shipment reaches your country.

If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.

Delivery Time to your Home

We Send your chopsticks in Express Mail Service(EMS) of the Japan post.

Every order is prepared as soon as possible after the payment confirmation (except Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays).

"It would usually be delivered 5 to 7 days later to over the world. But when stopping at the customs, would be late for several days in our experience."

Please note that
If you did not receive it, post office send back to Japan after retention for 7days to10days.
And when returned to Japan, you must pay a delivery fee again for a re-delivery.
