PLEASE READ THESE BLOW OUR POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ORDER.
1.If you did not receive it, post office send back to Japan after retention for 7days to10days.
And when returned to Japan, you must pay a delivery fee again for a re-delivery.
2. If you find damage and defective ,wrong product, you must submit a request within 7days after receiving of your packages.
Except for cases where the product is damaged during delivery, the product is defective, a wrong product is delivered, a User may not return any product to us.
3. Actual product colors may differ slightly from their appearance on the computer screen.But a User may not return any product to us.
Your orders will be shipped from Japan and Japan Post Office will deliver your purchase.
About Total Cost
Total = Merchandise + Shipping Cost + Customs duty and other taxes
Customs duty and other taxes may be charged when a shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details
By providing an international shipping address the customer is becoming the importer of the products to the foreign country, and as such the customer must be aware of all applicable laws and import duties specific to the country of import. The Japan Chopsticks is not responsible for the compliance with foreign law.
Each country has its own regulations regarding the import of wood. Shipping to some countries may require additional documents which will add cost to the order. Some countries prohibit the import of select species. Please check with your country's department of Agriculture or Customs regarding the regulations for your area. Orders will be shipped at your risk.
